Our virtual classroom does exactly that.

A trainer sits in a small central studio and runs a live training session using any of the traditional training tools - video, presentation, tests, question and answer. The session is transmitted either by satellite, by the internet or by your intranet to students sitting at their PCs. Through headsets students ask questions and talk live one to one with the trainer. Through the keyboard they send messages and answer written tests and questions set by the trainer.
